Cesar has over 17 years of experience in the Financial Services sector with extensive knowledge in internal audit, internal control, fraud detection and investigation in Financial Crimes, Anti-Money Laundering and TFT.

He holds a Master of Science in Business Administration and Finance from Sagesse University. He is Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Financial Crime Specialist (CFCS) and certified in Governance, Risk Management and Compliance Auditor (GRCA). Cesar is also an active member of the Institute of Internal Audit (IIA) since 2011. 

Cesar is a Visiting Professor at USEK University (Taxation) and AKU Business School University (Internal Audit, Financial Services Marketing, Total Quality Management and Internal control courses).

After his professional career path in the Internal Audit department in the Lebanese Financial Institutions, Cesar is currently occupying the role of Consultant at Real World Consultancy firm.
