Bilal brings over 14 years of extensive audit experience within the financial and banking sectors. He holds a Master's degree in Financial Assets Management from Université Saint Joseph (USJ) in Beirut. In 2023, Bilal expanded his expertise by joining the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) as an active member and subsequently earned the prestigious Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) designation. Additionally, he is an engaged member of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA).

Following a distinguished 8-year career in Audit, Fraud, and Quality Assurance at BLOM Bank, Bilal transitioned to the Business Transformation Department at Jubaili Agrotec in 2023, where he continues to drive impactful growth, change and innovation.
