Bahia is a Finance professional with a career  over a decade in financial management, governance, and business development. A Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Bahia holds a Master’s degree in Business Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance.

As the Regional Finance Manager and Legal Representative at Basmeh & Zeitooneh, Bahia has demonstrated exceptional leadership by managing multi-million-dollar budgets, overseeing financial operations across Lebanon, Turkey, Syria, and IraQ, and ensuring compliance with international standards. She also serves as a board member and the legal representative of Basmeh & Zeitooneh in Lebanon, providing strategic guidance and reporting to stakeholders.

Bahia’s commitment to empowering communities is evident through her role as the Managing Director of "The Studio Organization" in South Lebanon, where she champions sustainable economic opportunities for women artisans. Her work combines livelihood support  with a passion for social impact, enabling women to gain skills and showcase their unique artisan work.

Her consultancy experience includes guiding organizations in financial strategy, internal controls, and compliance, as well as developing business plans for start-ups and humanitarian initiatives. Known for her strategic thinking, training capabilities, and governance expertise.
