Aline is a Certified Fraud Examiner with an MBA in Finance and Banking. Over the past 10 years, she has built a strong foundation in financial analysis, compliance and risk assessment, internal audit, and customer relationship management.

Most recently, she is handling the position of Marketing Operations and Planning Lead at Visa, where her role is driving strategic initiatives, optimizing processes, revenues and expenses, and supporting impactful marketing efforts at a global scale. 

Previously she was serving as a Senior Financial Compliance Specialist at Azadea Group SAL, where she developed deep expertise in finance. She prepared financial compliance reports, presented key highlights, followed up on previous months’ results, and conducted in-depth analysis of actual figures, errors, and issues. She collaborated closely with financial controllers to conduct thorough reviews of consolidated financials and played a key role in process enhancement initiatives.

Additionally, her experience as an Operational Internal Auditor at Blom Bank SAL allowed her to refine her skills in risk assessment, control management, and the execution of internal audits across multiple branches. Earlier in her career, she worked as a Customer Representative Officer at Blom Bank SAL, where she focused on product promotion, marketing campaigns, and customer service.
